Groups

Groups can accomplish a level of breakthrough and connection within ourselves and others, that is hard to find anywhere else. Through deep authenticity and sharing, participants grow exponentially because of what happens when there is a safe space to see others and be seen. Participants are encouraged to give honest feedback in a safe and sacred space, as to what they are seeing in each other, and connect with the most raw and authentic parts of themselves. 

These experiences are guided by the Rumi quote “Out beyond ideas of wrong-doing and right-doing there is a field. I'll meet you there.” This concept is a crucial aspect to what makes these groups special. Having a safe space is not only freeing, but also deeply affirming, for we can be accepted and cared for in the midst of our human challenges.  This helps us to live in a more integrated manner facing our challenges head on with more strength, open-heartedness, better boundaries, more vulnerability, and tenderness in a world that deeply needs us to be more of our true and whole self.
