​The large room is 16 feet by 18 feet…288 square feet. (It will fit 20 people in a circle and 8-10 people on yoga mats comfortably).​

There is an alcove with a couch and chair for a sitting area option and lastly, a lovely porch to enjoy.

I would love to have a handful of people doing good work renting it for regular weekly events/classes…here is what I’m thinking for cost:

Cost: 
22$ - $66/hour (Depending on use and needed financial assistance)

There is no elevator so folks need to be able to get up a flight of stairs.
